These Terms of Service describe the planned rules for using Keldi, a marketplace platform being developed by KELDI LLC for buyers and independent sellers in the United States.

Pre-launch status

The marketplace shopping, listing, account registration, and checkout flows are not publicly open yet. Binding production terms may be updated before public launch and legal counsel sign-off.

Using Keldi

Users must be eligible to form a contract, provide accurate account information, follow platform rules, and avoid abuse, fraud, or prohibited listings.

Buying and selling

Keldi is planned as a platform intermediary. Transactions are between buyers and sellers, and payments will be processed through supported third-party payment providers.
